So, what is Nerdballoon you ask? Simply put, Nerdballoon is a gaming website put together by a bunch of grumpy gamers. The site will focus on a few key items: The Lunchpail Platoon Podcast, written and video game reviews, as well as gaming banter and blogs. A very important feature here at Nerdballoon will be a list of our favourite games; games that "Cut The Crust" so to speak. Year after year you read about the top fifty or hundred games of All Time, but the titles change from year to year, and the games at the top of the list are rarely any good, more likely just the biggest hyped game of the year. The Lunchpail Platoon will be going through the years and picking out the games that we loved, games that weren't about hype or sales records, but about gaming. We're not industry insiders, we're not developers or media pundits, we're just gamers like you who are tired of the BS, with a chip on our shoulder and a lot of Crust to Cut through. You're not going to agree with some of our picks, we guarantee, cause we can't comment on games we've never played, so there's going to be lots of conversations going on from us and from you.
